U.S. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-03) issued the following statement after receiving the “Champion of Healthcare Innovation” award for the second year because of his support of patient-centered medical progress:

“It is an honor to receive the “Champion of Healthcare Innovation” award for my efforts in support of patient-centered healthcare solutions for Americans across the country,” Luetkemeyer said. “I consistently meet with and hear from individuals in the 3^rd Congressional District who want to be in charge of their own health plans and to eliminate government interference in their life choices. I will continue to support innovative solutions to progress our nation’s health system so Americans can have more access to care with less government involvement.”
