Luetkemeyer Statement on Second Amendment Restrictions

"I am extremely disappointed by Attorney General Holder's comments in support of renewing the Assault Weapons Ban. Restricting the Constitutional Rights of law-abiding citizens is not the way to make our country safer. In Congress, I will always vote to protect the rights of my constituents, including the right to keep and bear arms."
Following is a statement from U.S. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-9) about the U.S. Attorney General’s decision to seek restrictions on our Second Amendment right:
