Representatives Kevin Yoder (R-KS) and Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO) sent a letter to United States Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson demanding answers about the failures of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials to detain and deport Pablo Serrano-Vitorino, who allegedly killed four people in Kansas City, Kansas and one person in Montgomery County, Missouri in March. Serrano-Vitorino was previously deported but had subsequently re-entered the United States and had multiple encounters with law enforcement before his arrest. Read more »
