Earlier today, President Trump announced the termination of the United States’ participation in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) with Iran. Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-03) released the following statement in support of President Trump’s actions:

“Even after the JCPOA was signed, Iran continued to threaten the stability of the Middle East and our allies around the world. I support President Trump’s action to withdraw from the Iran deal and make clear that the U.S. will not stand for their actions. We must continue to stand with Israel and work alongside the international community to hold Iran accountable and deny all paths to nuclear activities.”
