U.S. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-03) issued the following statement after a federal judge ruled in favor of House Republicans in a lawsuit against the Obama Administration’s use of taxpayer dollars to prop up Obamacare.

“Today’s ruling is affirmation that, once again, the administration has overstepped its Constitutional authority,” Luetkemeyer said. “While I am pleased with today’s result, it is not the end of our fight by any means. House Republicans will keep fighting to end this deeply flawed, failed law that is driving up costs and limiting access to quality care for millions of Americans.”
