With farm communities facing the burdens of more government regulation and a historic drought, U.S. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-9) plans to discuss those issues with farmers, ranchers and agricultural leaders while attending this year’s Missouri State Fair on Thursday, August 16.

“My goal is to hear directly from the hard-working folks in our farm communities who are struggling with devastating drought conditions and with crippling government regulations and I plan to take their concerns back to Washington so we can work on solutions to these challenges,” Luetkemeyer said. “Now is not the time to be putting additional burdens on the farm families that play such a critical role in creating prosperity in our great state and nation.”
